Hannah was born on Wednesday morning (2.15am) after deciding that she couldn't wait a further three weeks or for the planned caesarean in early April. Rachel woke up in lot of pain at around 12.45am. After realising that the contractions were about two to three minutes apart, we (including Jamie) quickly rushed to the hospital and were told that it was too late for the caesarean or any drugs (which if you know Rachel and her pain tolerance is a big deal).
Unfortunately, I missed the birth as I had to take Jamie outside as he was understandably upset at how much pain Rachel was in.
